First Visit
During your first visit, we want to get to know you and fully understand your dental health needs. Try to arrive a few minutes early so that you can relax and enjoy coffee or herbal tea while you review your medical and insurance information with our office team. You can complete your paperless registration forms when you arrive for your appointment.
By spending time with you and listening to what you need, Dr. Kay and our team can deliver quality dentistry. We allow about an hour and one-half for your first visit, which will include digital X-rays and an in-depth look inside your mouth. After a complete assessment, Dr. Kay will explain your current oral health and make treatment recommendations. Our team will provide information, answer questions, and support your decisions about your dental health.
Payment Options
Ability to pay is of deep concern to many dental patients. We share your concern and are prepared to offer you a number of payment options. We will discuss the payment plan best suited for you in privacy and assist you with all the arrangements.
If you have dental insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients. Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by insurance. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
